Job responsibilities and duties

Duties & Qualities

· Use social media, chat, email and/or phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers

· Provide product support, solutions & additional product information

· Strong desire and passion to help and serve others

· High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
